AFA Umpires Association 2012
Membership in the AFA Umpires Association includes,
Medical and Liability Insurance (this policy covers you in any sanctioned sporting event and is not limited to the AFA),
a current AFA Rule Book and Membership Card.
Membership is required to officiate in any AFA tournament.
Membership fee is $40.00
Add $10.00 for AFA slowpitch (Includes AFA slowpitch rule book)
Your local UIC may charge an administration and/or clinic fee.
The policy will be in effect from January 1, 2012 thru December 31, 2012
